Q:Your writing is hilarious. Did you start out writing comedy and then decided to do stand up or did you start writing because of your interest in doing stand up.

I’ve always enjoyed writing, not just comedic stuff. I just have a smarmy tone by nature and comedy is more fun. I didn’t get into stand up until a few years ago. There wasn’t really anything that prompted the decision. It just seemed like a fun idea and I’ve been working at it since.
